TidalHealth provides a new program called Rural Equity and Access to Community Health (REACH) Program. This program involves multiple community partners working together to help people prevent or control diabetes and high blood pressure. Services include:

The REACH program is funded by TidalHealth through a grant from the Maryland General Assembly as part of the Maryland Health Equity Resource Act.
